I signed up with Elevation on Friday 24th August to view a 1 bedroom property in Shenley Chruch End for £795. It looked perfect for me and my partner. I called Elevation on Friday 24th August also the day this property was posted, I was so excited we have the deposit, months up front and the fees ready to go and we are ready to move. Jonny Howe I was put through too to discuss this property, he sounded board and ready to go home for the day... it was Friday afternoon... already sounds unprofessional. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and agreed to the viewing that Jonny told me (Saturday 25th at 4pm) I could't wait. Saturday arrived, I missed a call from johnny and he left me a voicemail to say please can you confirm your 4pm viewing. I couldn't call back as he knew I was in work until 4pm. I called back at 2:30 no one answered the office phone, I tried 4 times. I then get a call from Johnny from his work mobile explaining the viewing has been cancelled as he can not get hold of the tenants. Hard to believe as he had a whole day and the rest of Friday afternoon to sort this. I was okay, I had a good evening ahead. While I was on the phone to Johnny, he explained that he will sort it for Monday, I asked him to guarantee as it was bank holiday and it's the only day I have off. All agreed, he assured me it would be Monday... great i was pleased. Monday arrived... it got to 10am I called and none answered, I text johnny, no answer, I rang his mobile no answer so I left it a bit longer. I called the office at 10:30am and suprise suprise Jonny was off sick on back holiday Monday... no one knew who I was and Johnny had done nothing, not even called the tenants. I was a my great nans that day as she had a fall so I was stressed and didn't have a lot of time in between to call... no one was helpful and I called back 4 times after being promised by another gentleman called Spencer that he would get it arranged. Called back at 1pm and he said we can not get anything sorted and that they closed in an hour and a half and he will call me back before he leaves to get something booked. SHOCK HORROR I didn't get a call. Im sure that i enough to understand that you should never go with this company... a bunch of young kids who have not control or care for anyone... and the company are going to keep losing out on money until they get rid of the no experienced juniors. WILL NEVER EVER USE AND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS HAVE ALREADY BEEN INFORMED.

3 Sept 2018If you ever want to rent don't use elevation. Their fees are through the roof for very poor service. I moved into a house a year ago with the green bin filled with 3 months worth of dirty nappies. Their sign dumped down the side of the house. Rumble left in the garden making it unsafe for my child and dog to play in. I had to dispose of the nappies myself and take the sign to the skip. The rumble they told me I could get rid of. They didn't even want to deal with it themselves. When they would book in to visit the house to do their checks they always said if your not in we have a key, but I have a dog and you know that but never checked the file. When I told them I was going month to month. Not one person had got back to me to say that they had received my request. I then emailed them to say I will be leaving end of August and believe it or not they were very quick to get back to me to tell Me me end date. They then started booking appointment to come See the house and then didn't even turn up and never told me. I had to cancel appointments and arrange things around them. I would AVOID this company and go else where. Nothing but stress and the worse letting agent I have ever been with. Want a stress free move. Go elsewhere.
