Would not recommend renting from this agents. Once they get you sign tenancy agreement very slow at responding to e-mails. In breach of our agreement by withholding my deposit for no reason for 2 months now. Have to open a case against them through Deposit Protection... Read Full Review

The fees seem to be fairly standard. We had actually applied to another property at first with CBRE. We then switched to a short let at another flat and CBRE was able to use the fees previously paid to move everything forward.

Exceptionally unprofessional staff. I had a viewing confirmed at 6:45 pm with Darren. I went to the property, a 45 mins. commute after work, and he didn't bother turning up!!!
