Thank you for your superb professional & friendly service. We have now benefited from your very high standards & experience on two separate occasions over the past 18 months. Both sales were completed promptly with a minimum of fuss & the prices agreed were above our expectations. More importantly you took all worries & responsibilities from our shoulders.

30 Nov 2018Having recently moved my elderly Father a fair distance to be close to us here in Colwyn Bay we found the team at Sterling Estate Agents very helpful and professional Nigel Crabtree went out of his way to make sure the move went smoothly and Dad is now happily settled where we can keep an eye on him we can definitely recommend Sterling!
