Please Dont waste your time with Hunters Ilkley or Belvoir if trying to rent if retired or disabled etc as ilkley on a number of occasions like belvoir in skipton discriminate against anyone semi retired due to illness or disability if on government state assistance benefits even if have lots of collaterol savings and income references and guatantor excellent refs they will not ask owners or put interest through to them and it clearly states No estate agent should act on behalf of landlord and act like god they are wrong to do so and intend to complain as in my opinion not worth bothering with as they also charge costs admin fee cost for refs etc etc before you pay rent and deposit its a scandal and shoukd be outlawed and have estate agent inspecters too dont bother there service is terrible
