It was a great pleasure to meet the helpful staff @ IPS, my flat was let the few days, and the tenants are good one. Rented out the same property once with other agent and was left unpaid. For the past % years I have had no issues in terms of receiving rent and the property is well managed by them. Keep the good work up.

Please don't be fooled by above reviews, the agency is a fraud. They give you first of all terrible flats with smell, Moulds, and never fix the problem with the property you live and at the end they find a way to rob you with deposit. What a great service the guys at the office have really helped me and family move into this wonderful house, we have been Tenants of the IPS for the last 4 years this is our second property now. This has been the most horrific experience. I found the service appalling and unprofessional. Each prospective buyer complained they could never get through or were rude. What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more honest. Not shouted at us and been rude. To all the prospective buyers about offered and not pretend to us they had done! Not made mistakes such as setting up viewings for clients that didn\'t exist. shut on a Saturday at 2pm busiest day of the week. Not waited a week for feedback and constantly chase them. It felt very underhand they did not try to find us the best buyer at the best price apparently they are bias we had to remind them they were acting for us!! Most defiantly the worse service i have ever received and actually feel traumatized. The agent called me a liar shouted over me and my husband. I would never recommend them ever I feel ripped off and feel we deserve some money back.

I have used many agents, to let my 5 properties and was not happy with the service I was given, but IPS was recommended to me by a friend who let his property through them, i have had my property's with them for last 2 years, and have had some of the best service, they don't have no hidden costs ...
