Anyone that is considering using a letting agency needs to use these guys!! Exceptional service from start to finish. There are two sides of this business and I have had the pleasure of dealing with both sides! SB Living & Renew Property. I required a rental valuation and delightfully established they could also help with a quotation for my property rewiring. They were almost a thousand pounds cheaper than my previous quote!!! The standard of work conducted was impeccable. Karl Johnson from SB Living initially visited to conduct a valuation of my property. Not only did Karl have excellent local knowledge from a market value perspective, he also gave me some additional valuable advice. This ensured I would find the right tenant, saving me a great deal of time and money in the long run. I felt that Karl genuinely cared about my long terms plans not just "finding a tenant for a quick fee" like some agencies do. It was through this initial conversation that I established the other side of the business. Karl kindly arranged for an electrician to conduct a valuation for the rewiring work. This is above an beyond Karl's job description but that is the level of service you will get from this company! Scott, the electrician, arrived to carry out the survey for the electrical work. He warned me of the mess that this type of work could cause and the decorating that could be required afterwards. I can't stress enough that he did a truly amazing job with unbelievable limited damage to the walls. He far exceeded any expectation he had initially set out. Just brilliant !! If this wasn't good enough (and it would have been) there is more... Simon Bland, a Director and Shareholder for SB Living, kept me up to speed with the progression of the electrical work at each stage. I mentioned early that these guys go above and beyond, another example of this was a phone call I received from Simon. This was to inform me they had been to buy a special glass drill that was required to limit any damage to the kitchen tiles. Scott had previously warned me they may have to remove some tiles. So to hear they had purchased a special drill and I was not charged extra for this service, was just another example of this company genuinely caring about my property like it was their own! The work was carried out to the highest standard! In addition to this, as delightfully mentioned earlier, there was very limited damage done during the rewiring, the walls were left fully repaired and the whole house cleaned to an excellent standard. I have one very happy tenant too!"
