the process of relaying information from us, the tenants, to the landlord through the estate agents is extremely delayed and confusing especially when we had emergencies such as raw sewage outside the front door of the house which needed fixing urgently. I don't feel the fee of £300 each was reflective of the services they provided us. As students this fee was unrealistic. I don't understand what the agency fee pays for and feel it is futile. compared to other agents this fee was about double.
