They happily let me Freeze is one of their properties during winter with a broken window that wouldn't close and old heaters that wasn't working properly .. The fact that I had to keep begging them to fix these issues is ridiculous, 6mths later they fix the window but never sorted the heaters .... Left a room with no light for ages poor child scared of the dark. She only got to play in her room until it got dark. Lack communication

19 Jun 2018Dear Anonymous tenant "Ms Christine Brown", After staying in one of our prestige gated properties (paid for by the tax payer) for 2 years, we were saddened to see that you left without having the decency to clean up after you!. Only because we made you come back (in fact you sent your friend) and clean it, you feel bitter and left us this message. Although the landlord of the property was a little slow in carrying out repairs, he definitely made sure they were done! I will be happy to discuss any other issues you may have.

20 Jun 2018The fact that you put tax payer doesn't shows the respect you have for people who have been made homeless, but let me give you a lesson in benefit system.... There a thing called benefit cap and the taxyer payer only pays some of your rent so yes I did pay.... I didn't live rent free on your prestigious gated flat, I paid my way living In your cold ice box Yes I left it a mess because being a single parent you can't do everything, I was lucky enough that my dad helped me out moving my stuff which I was so stress enough cleaning was the least of my worries. DON'T ASSUME SHIT YOU DON'T NO, I'm not dirty person at heart.... I respected that flat and was honest with you guys...

What a joke theses lot are, never ever had a worse service, I let my property with theses guys and they never paid my rent on time, they charged me for work at my property which they never did, the tenant also took these lot to court for keeping her deposit after she left the property, I strongly ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
