Absolute nightmare dealing with this real estate agent. They constantly lied, hanged up when you call them and they go into your flat when you're not in without informing you. Worst of all you're living with a village of mice. CAUGHT 13 RATS IN 2 WEEKS.

1 star is too much for this agent but it's the lowest score possible on here. Absolutely poor and disgusting treatment. Unprofessional agent. They are very slow, inefficient, unable to resolve issues promptly, unable or unwilling to communicate in a professional manner via phone or email. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
