Failed to full fill the laws of Scotland in a deceased estate. Had to deal with a very cold and unprofessional solicitor who was more interested in pushing her own agenda that actually ensuring that a son got his fair share of his father estate. Due to there failings I among others never received a penny while they secured their fee. Shocking. I put in a complaint to manger twice about the female and twice the manager agreed with me. But yet I still never received a penny. They have never explained where the money went to. Been 3 years now and never a response.
