Fine and Country were acting for the seller, not us. Nevertheless, they were extremely professional, and communicative. And Kate really is the estate agent you need if you're in a nightmare chain. She knows what to do, when to do it, and consistently chased items to ensure we exchanged and completed on time.

i would advise anyone that is selling a home NOT to use this company ,,,staff don't return calls, called to make an appointment to view a property and after 2 weeks still not heard back from the company, just called them and told them that i will be leaving this review.
