Holiday cottage booked through them, 2 weeks before stay, owners contacted me to say urgent repairs required and property no longer available for me to stay and full refund will be given. However she uses Cornish Bay as her management company who has refused to refund and have ignored all forms of contact from myself and the owner. Now in process of a complaint and will be looking into small claims case if this does not get resolved.
