At first my view of them was average, but a tad on the negative side. Having completed my inventory check and mentioned certain things that were wrong, they made no effort to rectify them. I assume this is simply for them to compare when I leave, if those things are still broken. Only a few months down the line do I realise the communication is virtually non-existent. We were told ONE DAY in advance of fire safety checking in all rooms and weren't told which day they'd attend (was across 2 days) and we had no confirmation that they actually had visited our flats. It gets better, though, when I arrived home one day to find the locks had been changed. After speaking to another resident with a different estate agent, it is indeed true that all locks had been changed. Was I notified of this? Of course not! This is a huge inconvenience and potential illegal to change the locks of my rented apartment without telling me. Even if they had email/called (I don't believe they did), they should await my confirmation before doing so. Would not recommend in the slightest. EDIT 18/07/2018: They also don't reply to urgent emails. Been 5 days and no response. Atrocious customer service. Avoid at all costs.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be better and faster at dealing with issues especially when it comes to basic sanitation!

If a company charges a management fee in the rent then it should be obliged to manage the property or to remove the fee and stop misleading landlords and tenants alike.
