I contacted this company as they were local to me, and therefore I thought they would be a good estate agent to have contact with... how wrong I was... I was visited on several occasions by Jill, my estate agent, without proper notice, warning, or confirmation of agreement, thus violating my right as a tenant to have appropriate notice in order to tidy my home. Jill also saw it appropriate to contact somebody no longer on the tenancy in order to gain permission to enter my home unbeknownst to me, even though she knew the person in question was no longer at the property, nor on the tenancy agreement. I cannot stress enough to not use this agency; you'll face immature and poorly written emails, unjustified complaints, harassment, violation of civil and criminal rights, and generally awful customer service. The greed and selfishness will not cease to amaze you.

26 Jul 2018I feel your response to my review was naive and misinformed. I ask that you please explain how I got my facts wrong when you know full well I am right and that you broke the law. Also, please get your grammar and spelling right in future. Remember that you're selling a product so people would appreciate intelligence.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
