Excellent service, 100 x better than the corparate company in the same town. Next Step treated us like individuals and not just a number. They had all the time in the world to help us through the selling process and further more they charged us less than the other agent, however knowing what I know now I would have paid more. The service levels are great and I would recommend using them to anyone. Their new office closer to the town is a real gem - much bigger and the gadgets they use for selling. A great 5 star plus for these guys (and girls).

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
