We have been dealing wiht Andy Stylianou and Westways who have managed our property for about 20 years. They came to us following a very difficult and disappointing period with another London agency who completely mis-managed our interests and turned everything around for us. During their time as managers our flat has been occupied continuously always with excellent tenants who have paid rent on time and have left the flat in good order. As others have reviewed, David is always quick and easy to deal with no matter what the issues may be. We have been and continue to extremely happy with the service we have received over the years and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to any prospective buyers, landlords, or tenants. We too have occasionally looked at selling and again the sales department have been very helpful.
