Sarah (Proprietor/Director) is an extremely rude and unprofessional individual and her general attitude is appalling. Worst customer service level I have ever experienced.

5 Jul 201812 Years in business with thousands of happy tenants!! This review has only been written by a tenant that has always been happy until the Landlord had to say no to a request beyond the terms of their tenancy.

5 Jul 2018No request has been made in any way to the agency or landlord. The issue is the rude, unprofessional manner that Sarah Williams (Proprietor/Director) has with a majority of her tenants (probably all tenants). Being spoken to like a piece of dirt whilst in the office a couple of days ago - was extremely upsetting and intimidating. I feel that this issue is reflected on her staff turnover, losing staff due to the way they are also treated and spoken to. You never know who you will be speaking to when you call the office, as staff are replaced on a regular basis - even those ex-employees have rereferred to Sarah as "inappropriate" and "rude" Issue has been raised with Rent Smart Wales and PRS. Luckily telephone conversations have been recorded. Really would not recommend this agency! 1 Star rating is more than they deserve. (I will upload telephone conversations - to back the above up if required).

6 Jul 2018As the Landlord of the property I have never had a problem with Knights as a letting agent who look after my whole portfolio and would highly recommend them. Acting as an impartial person I have never had any issues with any of my other tenants or properties just repeated problems with these 'tenants29'

I have been renting privately via knights Properties for just over a year and have had similar issues to what you have said.
