Been chasing details on a property for 7 days, no details sent and no offer of a viewing despite me being a cash buyer. I chased them up then gave up. Spent my 500k with another agent. Would avoid at all costs... maybe they just sell to their preferred purchasers who take out their mortgages...

Absolutely terrible service consider the £399 fee and further referral fee they got from the mortgage company. It took them over 3 months to get a mortgage offer to me. Extremely poor communication between them and the mortgage company which resulted in me speaking directly with the mortgage... Read Full Review
