Staff are quite rude and unhelpful. Very often phone calls go unanswered. Not much information given and staff are not the most knowledgeable. Having purchased a house through them, I actually had the displeasure of dealing with Klaire, who was rude, argumentative and put words into my mouth. She ruined what should have been a positive experience.
