Manchester Easy rent were so helpful and great landlords that helped us with a multitude of problems. We were very unlucky and had faults with electricity, cooker, boiler, virgin and the fridge but every time we informed them of the problem they responded quickly and appropriately. The rent was also a fair amount for the property. We also had terrible neighbours who threw many houseparties at all times of the day, night and week. As we were approaching finals this was obviously distressing and the staff at easy rent helped us get in contact with our neighbour's landlords in order to tackle the problem, since speaking to them hadn't worked. Overall very approachable, responsible and helpful landlords.

4 Jul 2019We tried several times to contact you regarding the cancellation of this viewing. You were supposed to confirm an hour before and did not contact us. You were at the property but had you confirmed we would have been able to inform you that the viewing had been cancelled at the tenants request

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more honest regarding the state the property was in both when I moved in and when I moved out, with regards to how clean it was and attended the house on the last day of my tenancy like they said they would, so that any potential deposit deductions could have been discussed and explained there and then.
