I was recommended this company by a good friend who had used them for the letting of 2 of her properties. I had previously used a local agent who were clueless and thought why not. From the start when Mark came to the property quoted me a very good rental price and took professional photos I was impressed. They quoted they had corporate clients which interested me and I ended up letting to an executive from a global company. Donna took over all the paperwork and they moved in last week. Will definitely be recommending them to colleagues and friends. Very pleased indeed.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
