DO NOT USE CONNELLS! Process started off ok but as time went on they kept letting us down and disappointing us. They couldn't get our property listed correctly on Rightmove, we had to do majority of the viewings, they couldn't do any negotiations on our behalf, communication was poor with both us and our buyer, we were given incorrect information, and when we raised these points with the branch Manager and Area Director they didn't seem bothered that they had unhappy clients. Do not use Connells, they have no duty of care!
