Jordan at Clarendons has been extremely helpful with my move into a new rented property. I find that most estate agents don't really put much effort in when it comes to people wanting to rent rather than buy. Most estate agents I've dealt with have taken weeks to respond to emails, and they send me information about properties that are nothing like what I have said I need and not within my price range. Jordan however has responded to all my queries promptly and politely. He worked with me to ensure I was able to move into the property at a date that worked for both myself and the landlord and he ensured that all works at the property were carried out prior to me moving in. He even negotiated terms with the landlord so that I could have pets at the flat. I would highly recommend Clarendons and more specifically Jordan if you are looking to rent.
Comments on Agent Fees
They are relatively high fees but I would say it's worth it for the professional service you receive. Our reference checks were carried out efficiently and quickly and I received details of the deposit scheme promptly following my payment to Clarendons. Additionally the inventory was very thorough.
