Do not get this company to manage. They take the money and do little else. Whenever work is done by a contractor GJ add a large amount onto it. They are corrupt, must be saving the add ons for their pension fund.

Would not recommend this company to anyone, especially anyone thinking of being a guarantor for someone.. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
