[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] I was fraudulently conned £2,700.00 by Rishi Choolun of Benson & Partner Estate agent at croydon about a property on 63a Whitehorse Road Croydon CR0 2PQ. I was shown the property and on the day i was suppose to move in after finish pay all the rent and deposit, i was not given the key. They promise to pay back my money but have not done so. i am homeless and trying to seek help to get my money back. We have supplied all the material facts and we have never had asked to be on this website. We would like to make crystal clear that David Jenkins paid money to Benson & Partners Estate Agents as standard procedure for renting a property and NOT to Rishi Choolun who is simply an employee. David Jenkins made an alleged fraudulent application for 63a Whitehorse Road and this was reported to the Metropolitan Police who are now pursuing. We do not understand how a website can allow people to make false allegations and print them without checking them. It is a shame that there is no transparency at AllAgents.co.uk .This shows failure in your systems and practices that you do not perform checks and thus allow misuse of your website questions the effectiveness of this site and shows an inherent weakness in it. Bensons made purchasing a flat an awful experience and they should be ashamed of their behaviour.
