My elderly parents chose Flint and Cook for the sale of their house. We were kept well informed of viewings and theses were attended at all times by the agent relieving my parents of the worry. The boss (Jonathon Cook) sold us a blighted property which effectively ruined our move to Hereford. It's taken a long while to successfully sue the vendor (the boss' friend) who didn't tell us about the plans for a major new road less than 200m from our new home in the country... Read Full Review
