As an executor of a relatives estate it was important that the agent I used was local as I lived 100 miles away. Future were incredibly helpful with organising gardeners, plumbers and cleaners as necessary and even sorting out a pest removal company for a wild bees nest. They accompanied all viewings and went above and beyond with anything I needed. They must be a brilliant company for managing lettings. I do feel their valuation was over optismitic - along with other agents - as the house took a long time to sell, eventually reducing the price by over 20%. I would recommend them.
