We have rented many properties in the past and it's fair to say that every single agent has been awful. No attention to your needs, no prompt problem solving and no support when it comes to helping you out with issues. Savills in Lichfield have been unbelievably different. We have recently taken on a property managed by themselves and every single concern or question we have raised with them has been answered, dealt with or responded to in a very professional (but friendly) and timely manner. It's a full testament to how Savills value their tenants and they should be extremely proud that our contact is representing the company so well. From move in to maintenance, we have felt 100% supported and safe in the hands of Savills and we feel very lucky to be dealing with them. Thanks for all your help so far.
