The bit where they're taking your money is absolutely fine....it's everything after that which is a problem, I reported various issues from a faulty communal door to a leaking toilet and I was either ignored, made to feel like I should be apologising to them or in one instance left without heating and hot water for 22 days. Prospective tennant's as long as you expect to be spoken to like something on the bottom of there shoe or ignored then you won't be disappointed.
