Three months ago we put an offer (full asking price) on a house. I explained i was new to the area and was renting and needed to be in a home within 4 months. The owners would be resulting their home back. Fast forward to 2 months in and never once have they contacted me to tell me the house chain has fallen through. This happened twice by month 2 and its not through want of me constantly ringing for updates. Now at month 3 and the past few days myself and my solicitors have pestered for a completion date. No return calls again. Only after i have rang head office to complain do i learn the chain has fell through again. It happened last week!!! I now have 2 weeks to find a home with a 3 month old baby. Im fully aware the code of practice states they should be informing me of these things and in a timely manner!
