Worst estate agents ever. Would never use them again and would not recommend them. All they are bothered about is ripping tenants off.

We paid for Belvoirs fully managed service when we rented out a property in Macclesfield. Appalling customer service, non-payment of rent owing and no updates on progress. A 'computer glitch' led to non-payment of the final months rent owing to us by our tenants, constant chasing by phone and e-mail has resulted in less than 20% of the money being paid over 3 months after it was due. ... Waste of money, we have spent close to £3K in monthly fees just to collect and pass on rental payments, and the very first time that rent is unpaid, they have done very little to deal with the matter.
