This estate agents is disorganised and out the take as much as possible from tennents. I was with these for a couple of years, when we moved in their was 3 of us and all had to pay an application fee or £180. As well as other costs. We was put onto a rolling contract. I left 6 months before the other tennents did and was still contacted when the full tennancy ended to discuss the leaving date of the property. I explained I'd moved months ago and was told that I hadn't informed them. I then forwarded them the emails proving I had informed them (baring in mind I'd paid £25 for a verbal reference) A couple of weeks later I was again contacted with the same issue. I refused to help them any further as the snobbish member of staff was quite abrupt.
