I went to view 2 properties with slinn residential. I was met by a gentleman whom couldn't answer any questions. his remarks were you âwill have to ask Jillianâ I replied is that the owner he replied âno afraid to say my wife. I was interested in one property however the bathroom was mouldy âI mentioned I would be interested if the bathroom was mould free his remark was oh well!!! . I then thought I need to speak with Jillian slinn with my interest but concerns with the mess & the mould she spoke to me like a child âI will have to go & see this property to see if I was actually speaking the truth !! After receiving a call the following day to be told yes the bathroom is mouldy & it will be cleaned âyou cannot clean mouldâ. I was then pushed to make my mind up with no reassurance. It was agreed that a document would be sent for references but I needed to send this back by Sunday night to stop others from viewing however after opening the attachement their were a few questions I needed to ask so I decided to ring Jillian first thing Monday morning she was rude & sharp couldn't be bothered only interested in receiving the doc with payment. I was also being pushed to move in sooner then later because the tenants wanted to move by 5/5/18. Which is next week ??? When I placed my concerns on how can the work be carried out before I move in ? I also mentioned that just because I am renting it still going to be my home . Jillian's reply via email with no phone call no reassurance just short & sharp âI think it's best we don't move forward with this â Which makes me think that no work was going to be carried out all Jillian was focused on was the fees . & being spoken to as if I was dirt on her shoe . No customer service no politeness just rude
Bad bad bad . Not sure how this company is still going with that attitude Having been in customer service for 35 yrs this is the first time I have written a review on any company completely lost for words

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
