Had no idea how to price property tried to value property lower for a quick sale. Unfortunately I was nieve and fell for this as well as their high fees after some serious personal problems I was easy pray. House next door was sold for more money being smaller and had achieved lower fees a few months later. On the handling of the selling was hardly any communication to who was looking at property only doors open inside property that only knew someone had visited. On one occasion surveyor was visiting and was leaving by front door that I was not told about I wonder what else I was not informed about...
High fees minimum £2500 In their contract (sole seller). Which works out expensive on a low value property. They work put the gullibility of the seller. I paid £2400 on a 60k property manager to get 400 back by complaining to the estate agent Ombudsman their response had been they made a mistake

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
