I called this office view a property at ** *ern Crexcent which was vacant at the time. I informed the person on the telephone that I was a cash buyer and gave her my details and that I wanted to move urgently. I was told that she would call back or send me an email. I have not received anything yet.

I called you back at 17:33 on the same day to arrange the viewing for Monday 23rd April. You did not answer the call. I was unable to leave a voicemail. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
