Mike Rollo is lovely in the run up to winning your business. However, once you've signed the contract don't expect any form of support or customer service. Mike is arrogant and belligerent; rather than discussing your objectives he will state that he knows best, that you are wrong and then hang up on you. This is not the kind of service I would expect with a business owner in the service industry.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
