No personal touch. Despite having an offer accepted on a property less than a week ago, we were well and truly guzumped with no apology. Not even given a chance to secure mortgage. Very dog eat dog and no consideration for their clients emotions. We also felt very pressured to find a mortgage through their own contact (who texted and called from a mobile). All very unprofessional and seemed really out of touch with how property buying and selling should be done. Really scripted on the phone with absolutely no customer service skills or personal touch.
Cheap fees but you obviously pay for what you get. Terrible service. I would NEVER use or recommend this company.

Cheap fees but you obviously pay for what you get. Terrible service. I would NEVER use or recommend this company.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
