My initial dealings with Mosley Jarman were good and efficient and I was happy for them to market my property. I generally found all members of staff to be friendly, polite and efficient in dealing with the various administration and viewings, which were all conducted by them whilst I was away from the property. After accepting an offer, the problems began - not with Mosley Jarman though! There were many queries thrown at us by my buyer's solicitor and the sale process ended up being lengthy and frustrating. Throughout this period I made numerous requests of Mosley Jarman to contact the buyer and his solicitor (and other parties involved) to provide/get updates and generally assist with communication. My main contact at Mosley Jarman was Barbara. I cannot speak highly enough of her, in fact I am not sure that the sale would have concluded at all without Barbara's efforts, especially in providing reassurance to my buyer that everything was 'normal' and being progressed as quickly as possible. I knew that Barbara was very good on the phone and would be perfect in this scenario so probably made a nuisance of myself in asking her, almost daily, to make calls! Overall, I am extremely satisfied by the service received from Mosley Jarman, but special mention has to be made of Barbara, who I really cannot speak highly enough of. Thanks Barbara!
