I was a little hesitant at first, using one of these new online type agents..... (Richard the Manager explained that Gilbert Scott were a Hybrid agency, so you still get traditional service at a fixed price). I was concerned that because I was paying so little I would get a terrible service, but in fact I felt like I was ripping them off when I completed my sale. I was kept up to date throughout and introduced to mortgage advisors and solicitors.... I was even offered help on the day we moved. Literally the best decision I've ever made, took all the stress out of moving and cost me £900, they even did all my viewings.
