21 Dec 2018Warning to ALL landlords... If you are thinking guaranteed rent with I would suggest think twice as they have signed an agreement for 12months with me and going on about 18 months in Jan and I still do not have my property from them!!! I have seen litigation lawyers to regain my property and am to claim all expenses from them but NOT WORTH it! Was homeless at one point and they still refused to give my property back claiming bogus reasons when they have plenty of properties to re house council tenants. Council verified this as well so don't be duped like I was as it's much more complicated getting your flat back... Take it to a reputable agent and make sure insurances are taken. Angels are a money making agents out for themselves ONLY. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
