Absolutely disgraceful service, called me up 30 minutes before my viewing (when I was already on my way there) to tell me that it was pointless because someone else was coming for a viewing 15 minutes earlier (even though their's was arranged after I'd arranged mine...) & that this other person had expressed a greater interest. I must say that right there blew my tiny mind.

They, moved us in to an unfinished house, with full rent, even though there was no TV or hot water. Good. While I paid a £150 non-refundable admin fee I was only required to give a £200 deposit...a lot of private landlords ask for a £400+ deposit, I noticed.
