Hunt and Nash Twyford made our experience of renting so difficult. They were extremely rude, insensitive and the customer service they displayed was unacceptable. The managers themselves were the ones who accused us of being late for our check-in time, after being told by us that in fact we were half an hour early they refused to believe us until a few hours later when I received a call saying that actually they had got the time wrong. It was so patronising and condescending, the manager's exact words were, "Oh look the tenants have finally arrived". I have never written a review before but I feel so strongly that this needs to be said, and they need to take some responsibility for their terrible customer service. They were also extremely unhelpful when we had moved in and realised the property was damp and mouldy. (Wasn't when we were shown round, nor was it mentioned) They had no solution apart from buying a dehumidifier and with a young baby we struggled throughout the time we were there keeping the property mould free. I strongly advise people to think twice before using these people.
