On Dec 2017 your staff Rob Chisholm contacted me in regards to the 'property search report' done by my solicitor for the property in feltham which I had offered but later on I decided not to buy. (I can give the property details if needed). On the phone Rob asked me if I could send him the report asap with the promise of paying me back for it via cheque in the amount of £249.00 which I had paid to my solicitor. He clearly said he would send the cheque straight away... I send him all the search report and until now he has not gave me the cheque which he promised. I've been calling and sending him an email but all he says is still waiting for client solicitor. i wouldn't have send him the report if i only knew he will not keep to his promise IM VERY DISAPPOINTED with this. I've helped him when he desperately wanted the report but i wasn't expecting how it turned out in the end. I would really appreciate any response regarding to this issue. can anybody from head office contact me about this problem.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
