Cannot give you manager's full name (georgina) as she would not take our call but left a trainee to try and deal with some serious issues. Would never, never use your company againok area. We only ended up with useless company by default of you taking over our original service supplier. Will certainly be contacting the ombudsmen for letting agents. Still waiting for a call back promised yesterday but after waiting until 4.45 we rang back and it was on answer phone and premises closed. Your hours are published as closing at 5pm! Nothing important just needed to know where the keys for our property were!!

I have been living at a property where a draft was noticed, it then was outlined that it was a severe hole in the wall back in November.
