Extremely Dishonest & Unprofessional Letting Agency We agreed to the Tenancy agreement on 23 Oct and I had been thru it & accepted it I have a list of emails and correspondence sent in regards to tenancy and it all felt going smooth until 1st November. The prospective tenant had changed the address & I had all the post coming in October even before the tenancy started.I handed the keys as per the agreed date of the cleaners & gardeners involved.And the following day I was told that the tenant changed his mind due to an ongoing dispute with insurance agency & builders which I was not aware of as they only rushed the process without following obligations for the procedure thoroughly. On 2nd November they kept not answering when I questioned how could it all go so wrong the last min. I have made losses in dealing with this agency which I should be compensated for, I wrote several letters to the manager & I got no response as yet. I have decided to escalate the complaints to the governing body. Extremely bad & nasty experience dealing with them and had to go through a lot of stress.

17 Feb 2018Not surprised to read this. My partner has propties rented through Michael Graham. There's been a change in management and the service standards have definitely fallen. We are currently looking to move these to another agent.
