Terrible service and zero customer orientation, they didn't turn up for a scheduled viewing and different staff members were inventing excuses to cover up! Raste and Kai had confirmed 640pm with me and I waited outside the property for 15 mins before calling them to inquire. Kai told me someone was on the way which was a lie. I then called a colleague from whom I had got a text about a viewing at 630pm in a different location! She got my name wrong on the phone and had me totally confused with another customer. When I called her out on it, she sent me rude texts! I called Kai back to complain, he got highly defensive and said viewings had to be confirmed by phone on the same day in order for it to go ahead. However I had not been told this when we'd scheduled the meeting via email earlier nor had I had phone calls from Cubix staff on the day. Their customer service has been appalling! The fact that they dare to be rude to the customer and try to cover their own faults instead of apologising upfront is shocking. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from Cubix!!

10 Jan 2018Good morning, Monday via email myself and Kai in an email thread confirmed the viewing to you for the following day at 6.40. 3 hours prior to the viewing yesterday, a member of the admin team Amy called you and there was no answer so they decided to send you a generic text stating the road name (which was also in the email that we sent you if you care to check again) along with requesting confirmation for the viewing at 6.30. There was no viewers name in the text message so no error was made by sending the wrong name as you stated, it just said Hi and then the information. Amy did make an error as she stated 6.30 and not 6.40 which we are sorry for. When you called Kai on his mobile he was not in the office and made the assumption someone was en route. Once your call was finished with Kai you called the office and I picked up the phone and it was me that you spoke with. You decided to shout and no excuses were made on my behalf. I just stated that we attempted to call and message you for confirmation of the viewing and we are happy to make our way over to you to show you if you have wanted. You were not happy with this and said no. There's not much more we could have done or can do now. Good luck in your property hunt.

10 Jan 2018Hi Raste, To be clear, Amy referred to me as "Chloe" on the phone so she did in fact mix up customers. She was also rude. I could send you a copy of the text exchange between her as proof and you will see she was clearly ridiculing me and making it look as if it was my fault or that I'd mixed up timings. I arrived on the dot 640pm and gave the team 10 minutes (in case they were running late) before I first called Kai to check. Clearly there was miscommunication amidst your internal team itself given that Kai thought someone was on the way and assured me this was so and Amy believed it was a 630pm viewing with Chloe rather than me. She even asked me on the phone whether it was for Oval or Kennington that I was inquiring so even further proof of her confusion. Finally, I was upset yesterday but did not shout at anyone. Kai clearly told me on the phone that it was common practice to confirm viewings by phone on the day with customers to avoid no-shows. I fully understand this however I was not told this was the case when we firmed up the slot via email so presumed we were going ahead as planned. In any event, I did not have a single missed call or voicemail from Amy or Kai yesterday. I disagree that Cubix could not have done more to assist. I believe what your team could have done differently is the following - 1. Have better internal coordination so you don't come across as presenting disjointed information to the customer 2. Be more apologetic vs. defensive in the moment when a mess has occurred. I agree that Kai offered to come over but this was after I was given a earful on how I did not pick up voicemails confirming the viewing - as said above, voicemails I never even received. Help me understand how you expect me then to feel inclined to ask him to come to the flat or feel comfortable after I'd received such a response from him? My feedback is fair, balanced and with a view to giving your team some things to think about improving in regards to your customer service orientation. Mistakes do happen, however it is how you handle it in the situation that counts most. Thank you.

In my first year of house hunting as a Uni student my fees were £300!!!! Cubix fees are considerably low compared to other competitors. The amount they charge for the amount of work they do is a bargain!

I felt that the Agents fees were slightly cheaper than the mainstream estate agents i.e Websters and Heart. I was happy to pay the fee,due to the level of customer experience I received.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
