Pitiful. Do not use this agent they are ripoff merchants! Break clauses are only included in a lease if you specifically ask for one! You will pay for the re letting free for the property that you let once you have decided to move out. They hide fees at every turn and act purely in the landlords favour, they do not work on the tenants behalf. They will take forever and ever and ever to pay back your deposit and needless to say will do there utmost to make sure that you do not get even close to the amount you originally put down no matter how much you care for the property during your lease. Unprofessional and money grabbing. YOU HAVE BE WARNED
