Awful Experience! They try to wedge in fees left, right, and centre in their ridiculous contracts. The money doesn't even provide good service as replies to urgent emails take days and responses are rude and poorly written. They only care about taking your money and provide appalling customer service. They are a perfect example of why agents in London have such a bad reputation. Avoid at all costs

18 Apr 2019Eventually got away doing two things; 1. pointed out they didn't protect my deposit so technically they broke the terms of the contract and threatened court action, 2. just kept pestering their slimy cunt manager Josh about all the terrible service until they let me out my contract. don't give them an inch, just keep demanding fair treatment until they buckle

Has been renamed the Silver Rooms agency because LCA had too many bad reviews. Worst agency I have ever dealt with! Lied while renting the room to me and added certain clauses in the contract which make you cancelling your tenancy almost impossible. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!!! Awfully rude... Read Full Review

This company has been expelled from both the Property Redress Scheme and the Property Ombudsman for refusing to pay back deposits. They will give you the keys to any random, run down, unpainted flat with a broken bed that they want, even if you sign an agreement for a different, nice one.... Read Full Review

Don't book with this agency, they don't care about home issues, no keys for the room, if you book a double room they give you just one pair of keys! Please i urge you Under no circumstance must you ever have any dealing with this company. They give you fake contracts which are not legal. Stay far far away from this company. Firstly of all, they will hit you with hundreds of pounds of fees that they never discuss with you.
