NEVER GO TO BELVOIR !!!! Avoid this company like the plague. I have never come across a more unproffesional, rude, incompetant bunch in my life. Will cause you complete stress and hassle and no solution.Staff very rude.Instead of solution they will blame you for the property problem,avoid you all the time . Never take BELVOIR servive!!!!

This agency is appalling. We have been waiting for 3 days to have a pipe fixed in the flat - meaning we can not use the shower or the kitchen sink and we have had no heat for 2 days in the middle of winter. This is probably the worst letting agency I have ever come across. When we moved in the property wasn;t even clean!! Not a great start but many of the dozens of issues of the house have not being solved and we have been there for 1 year now. We have had slugs in the house, mice, mold, water... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
They have to improve their service drastically. It has been a real nightmare to deal with them.
Comments on Agent Fees
If i pay the fees I expect them to at least pick up the Emergency Contact phone when there is water falling through all the light fixtures in the house.

DO NOT use Belvoir Stratford to let or to manage your property! They offer cheap rates but they do nothing for the fee you pay them. They never respond to my emails and only contact me to arrange unnecessary checks/servicing of your property, which I am inclined to believe they receive some form of ... Read Full Review
