We bought a property from James Black very recently, what a professional and helpful guy, nothing was too much trouble, despite me constantly calling him with questions about the property. We had his mobile number, not something you would normally get from some of the national estate agents, which gave us access to him whether he was either in or out of the office. But the most overriding quality of James is you really feel you can trust him, very important when making the largest purchase of your life. We would have no hesitation in recommending him if you are looking to either buy or sell.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
